Bone atresia characterized by the presence of narrowing with bony structure obliterating the left choana, with secretions in the adjacent nasal cavity.
Bilateral adenoid hypertrophy, partially obliterating the aerial cavum column.
Case Discussion
On physical examination, the nasal cavity was filled with hyaline secretions at rhinoscopy consistent with choanal atresia.
