Presentation

62 Y/O male with jaundice and weight loss.

Patient Data

Age: 60
Gender: Male
CT

Intrahepatic biliary duct and proximal of common bile duct are dilated due to a mass within distal choledochal. Pancreas and pancreatic duct seems normal. 

Case Discussion

This case is histologically proven as a cholangiocarcinoma

cholangiocarcinoma is a malignant tumour arising from the biliary tree, and tends to have a poor prognosis and high morbidity.
