mri

Axial T2WI shows focal dilated central ducts ending at a hypointense mass at the confluence of the main hepatic bile ducts. 

T1 FS: A central hypoattenuating lesion at the/near the porta hepatis. No significant enhancement post-contrast.

MRCP (coronal) shows dilated IHBD, with a stricture at the proximal CBD. The pancreatic duct is unremarkable.
