Cholecystoduodenal fistula, with dilated bowel loops, probably caused by migration of a calculus (gallstone ileus). A small calcification is seen in the gallbladder infundibulum.
Case Discussion
Biliary ileus is an infrequent cause of intestinal occlusion, however, it should be suspected in the presence of a cholecystoduodenal fistula.
