Fusiform dilatation of proximal CBD.
No abnormal dilatation of distal CBD.
Mild dilatation of intrahepatic biliary channels is also seen
Gallbladder is normal.
No abnormal gallbladder walls thickening or peri-gallbladder collection
No dilatation of pancreatic duct.
Case Discussion
The MRCP features are compatible with choledochal cyst type IVa (according to Todani classification)
