Choledochal cyst - type I

Intrahepatic bile ducts appear normal. There is a 59×53×41 mm cystic lesion at portahepatis between the gallbladder and pancreatic head. Choledoch could not be defined separate than mentioned cystic lesion. The gallbladder is collapsed and contains an 8 mm stone.
Case Discussion
Fusiform/cystic dilatation of the extrahepatic biliary system which is compatible with type I choledochal cyst.
