CT of abdomen with scan without contrast allows to value a stone in the distal third of the common bile duct and the dilatation of the common bile duct upstream.

Case Discussion

We used CT mutiphases protocol to study abdomen:  the phase without contrast allows to value the presence of the stone in the  distal third of the common bile duct with dilatation of the common bile duct upstream.

The stone and the dilatation in presence also in the other phase of the examination.
