Post-operative changes due to recent cholecystectomy. A 75 × 40 mm fluid accumulation is present at the cholecystectomy site.
Intra and extrahepatic bile ducts are dilated and CBD measures 16 mm in caliber with abrupt distal cut off at a rounded structure in the distal common bile duct, suggesting impacted stone.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent ERCP and an impacted stone was found in the distal common bile duct and removed.
