The gallbladder is not seen at the anatomical location due to prior resection.
Intra and extrahepatic bile ducts are dilated, and CBD measured 18 mm in caliber.
A 15 mm low signal filling defect is noted at the distal of CBD inferring stone.
Several cortical cysts are seen in both kidneys less than 25 mm.
