Choledocholithiasis

Intra and extrahepatic bile ducts are dilated and CBD measured about 22 mm in maximum caliber. Low signal filling defects are seen within distal two-thirds of CBD inferring stones.
The gallbladder is not seen (cholecystectomy).
Bilateral renal cortical cysts are seen.
Case Discussion
Imaging findings are consistent with choledocholithiasis and intrahepatic biliary dilatation.
