Distended gallbladder with multiple gallstones and mild amount of biliary mud.
Obstructed distal common bile duct with stones proximal to its junction with pancreatic duct with proximal CBD dilatation and moderate intrahepatic biliary radical dilatation.
Normal pancreatic duct and pancreas.

Patient with cholelithiasis complicated by obstructive jaundice due to common bile duct stones obstructing its distal part.
