Multiple small-sized stones are seen within the gallbladder averaging 10mm. A similar stone is seen in the distal common bile duct. No pericholecystic inflammatory changes noted.
The intrahepatic bile ducts are not dilated. The CBD is mildly dilated.
The hepatic parenchyma is normal.

This case illustrates typically innumerable stones within the gallbladder waiting to drop off into the common bile duct.
