Presentation

Upper abdominal pain on the right.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female
mri

Multiple small-sized stones are seen within the gallbladder averaging 10mm. A similar stone is seen in the distal common bile duct. No pericholecystic inflammatory changes noted.

The intrahepatic bile ducts are not dilated. The CBD is mildly dilated.

The hepatic parenchyma is normal.
