The gallbladder is not seen at the anatomical location due to prior resection.
Intra and extra hepatic bile ducts are markedly dilated, and CBD measured 35 mm in caliber and elongated. A 13 mm low signal filling defect is noted at the distal of CBD.
The pancreatic duct is slightly dilated.

Severe dilatation of the bile ducts with elongation of the CBD and distal choledocholithiasis.
