Diffuse dilatation of intrahepatic biliary radicles, more on left side, with multiple hypointense filling defects/stones.
Multiple stones in extrahepatic biliary tree: common hepatic duct (CHD) and common bile duct (CBD), and at its terminal end.
Gallbladder: distended with multiple hypointense filling defects/stones in it (cholelithiasis), and in cystic duct.
Case Discussion
Multiple stones in gall bladder and biliary tree, choledocholithiasis, cause proximal dilatation of biliary tree.
