Intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts appear dilated ( CBD: 12 mm ).
Multiple intraluminal signal void stones along the course of the common hepatic duct at the level of porta hepatis down to the pancreatic segment of the common bile duct.
Gallbladder with normal wall thickness compacted with numerous signal void stones.
Case Discussion
MRI and MRCP findings were compatible with choledocholithiasis and cholelithiasis.
