Dilatation of the intrahepatic and extrahepatic biliary ducts is seen (common bile duct 15 mm).
Multiple filling defects (stones) are seen within the common hepatic and common bile ducts.
The gallbladder also contains multiple gallstones.
Tiny cortical cyst along with left kidney lower pole.
Case Discussion
Findings are consistent with cholelithiasis with choledocholithiasis and biliary duct dilatation.
