Intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts appear dilated (CBD: 13 mm).

There are two intraluminal signal void stones along the course of the common bile duct at the level of the porta hepatis and supra pancreatic segments.

Gallbladder with normal wall thickness and few signal void stones.

Abnormal signal (high on T2/T2 fat sat) mass lesion along with right liver lobe segment VIII.

Case Discussion

MRI and MRCP findings were compatible with choledocholithiasis and cholelithiasis.
