Choledocholithiasis (MRCP)

Intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts appear dilated (CBD: 11 mm).
Intraluminal signal void stones in the common bile duct, located at the level of the pancreatic segment just before the insertion of the pancreatic duct and the beginning of the common duct.
Case Discussion
Findings indicated the presence of choledocholithiasis in the distal common bile duct, accompanied by upstream dilation of the biliary ducts.
