Choledocholithiasis with acute pancreatitis

Gallbladder is not seen (prior surgery).
There is mild dilatation at central intra and extrahepatic bile ducts. A 6 mm low signal filling defect is noted at distal part of CBD.
Pancreas is edematous and shows heterogeneous parenchyma signal intensity. Pancreatic duct is not dilated. Some ascites is seen.
In imaged portion of lower thorax, pleural effusion is observed at left side.
Case Discussion
In a patient with post cholecystectomy severe abdominal pain, features on MRI are compatible with choledocholithiasis with acute pancreatitis.
