Ultrasound demonstrates dilatation of the intrahepatic and proximal biliary tree with a large echogenic shadowing stone seen within the bile duct.

MRCP confirms the presence of choledocholithiasis. Note how the maximum intensity projection view somewhat obscures this very large calculus.
