Intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts appear dilated ( CBD: 15 mm ).
Multiple intraluminal signal void stones along the course of the intrahepatic right and left biliary ducts and common hepatic duct down to the pancreatic segment of the common bile duct.
Gallbladder with normal wall thickness compacted with numerous signal void stones.
Renal sinus cysts and tiny cortical cysts are seen on both sides.
Case Discussion
Findings are consistent with cholelithiasis with biliary ducts stone (right and left intrahepatic biliary ducts, CHD, and CBD) and biliary duct dilatation.
