The gallbladder contains multiple calculi. The intrahepatic and extra hepatic bile ducts are dilated, the common bile duct measuring 13.5 mm, and there are at least 2 calculi in the common duct each measuring approximately 10 mm.

Gallbladder calculi and choledocholithiasis.
