The intra and extra hepatic bile ducts are dilated with the CBD measuring 18 mm in caliber. Several low signal filling defects are present within the distal two-third of CBD measuring less than 20 mm.
Several stones are also observed in the gallbladder less than 25 mm.
A 30 mm thin walled cystic lesion with fine internal septations is noted at the pancreatic tail.
