Presentation

Abdominal pain and jaundice.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

Intra and extra hepatic bile ducts are dilated and CBD measured about 22 mm in maximum caliber. Multiple low signal filling defects are seen within distal two third of CBD inferring stones. Several stones are also preset in cystic duct and gallbladder. The gallbladder is contracted.
