Presentation

Work up for abdominal pain and jaundice.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Intra and extra hepatic bile ducts are dilated and CBD is measured 20 mm in maximum caliber. Two stones less than 15 mm are noted at the distal of CBD.

The attenuation value of the liver is less than that of the spleen, suggesting fatty liver.

A 15 mm calcified focus is present at the 7th hepatic segment.

In addition, several small stones are noted in the gallbladder less than 14 mm.

The prostate gland is enlarged.

Degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen in the lumbar spine.
Grade I spondylolisthesis of L5 on S1 is present with bilateral spondylolysis.
