Intra and extra-hepatic bile ducts are dilated, and the common bile duct, measured 12 mm in caliber, contains multiple low signals filling defects less than 12 mm, inferring stones.
In addition, the gallbladder is contracted and contains several small stones.
Several parapelvic cysts are seen in the right kidney.
