Cholelithiasis and choledocholithiasis

Presentation

Epigastric pain.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

No focal liver or pancreatic lesion. Cholelithiasis. Two gallstones in the distal common bile duct. Common bile duct measures 5 mm - not grossly dilated. 

Case Discussion

Possibly the best acoustic window demonstrating cholelithiasis and choledocholithiasis. Interestingly, the biliary tree is not grossly dilated.
