Thin walled gallbladder containing 3 large angulated stones.
CBD dilatation due to obstructing mid and distal ductal stones.
Mild intrahepatic duct dilatation.
Simple renal cysts.

Gallstones come in all sizes and shapes.
I rather like the angulated laminated stones on the abdominal radiograph.
The lamination and shapes make them almost worthy of being in a piece of jewelry.
