Long time hearing loss and dizziness.

Gender: Female

CT Temporal bones

Modality: CT

Right ear is filled by soft tissue completely encasing and promoting bony destructions on auditory ossicles. Right tympanic membrane is not defined, resembling retraction. There is opacification of the right mastoid cells.
