Presenting with galactorrhea.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female
mri

Lobulated mass in the left petrous apex has high T1 & T2 signal.

Pituitary gland right focal contour convexity of the superior border just encroaching on the supra sellar cistern with a deviation of the pituitary stalk to the left side suggesting a pituitary adenoma.
