Presentation

Headaches, incidental findings.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female

Right petrous apex lesion demonstrating:

  • high signal intensity on T1 and T2 WI

  • no diffusion restriction

  • no signal drop on the fat suppression sequence

  • no evidence of post-contrast enhancement

  • no evidence of aggressive behavior
