Left petrous apex lesion demonstrating:
- high signal intensity on T1 and T2 WI
- dark rim on all pulse sequences (hemosiderin rim)
- no diffusion restriction
- no signal drop on fat suppression sequence (no fat contents)
- no evidence of aggressive behavior
