X-ray of the hip demonstrates a permeative bone lesion in the proximal of the left femur epiphysis.

MR images show the lesion centered in the marrow canal with soft-tissue extension. The spiculated periosteal reaction can be seen in the axial PD weight.
Case Discussion
This case was biopsied and the lesion was proven to be a chondroblastic osteosarcoma.
