A well-defined eccentric bony lytic lesion of the proximal humeral epiphysis adjacent to the growth plate with a thin sclerotic margin and internal calcifications. Area of cortical breach best seen on sagittal and coronal reconstructions. No periosteal reaction or soft tissue component.
Case Discussion
The patient's age and the CT features are highly suggestive of chondroblastoma.
