45-year-old female patient with right hand and wrist pain.

Patient Data

Age: 45
Gender: Female

Chondrocalcinosis within the triangular fibrocartilge, the intercarpal and metacarpophalangeal joint cartilege.

Degenertaive chnages of the radio-carpal joint evidenced by narrowing of its joint space and subchondral sclerosis.

Hook-like projections arising from the radial aspects of the metacarpal heads.
