Small swelling of the left index finger

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
mri

A small well-circumscribed subcutaneous lesion adherent to the skin. The lesion is of low signal intensity on T1 , heterogeneous but predominantly low on T2, and demonstrates avid enhancement on post gad sequences.
