x-ray

A focal lucent lesion of the proximal ulna is demonstrated with a narrow zone of transition.

ct

Single CT image through the lesion confirms the presence of the lesion that is confined to the cortex of the bone. 

mri

MRI demonstrates the lesion to have very high T2 signal and low T1 signal with no adjacent soft tissue component or bone marrow edema.

This patient went on to have a curettage confirming the diagnosis of a chondromyxoid fibroma.
