71 year old male with a Chondromyxoid fibroma

Final Diagnosis:

  1. Intramedullary contents from the left ulna showing chondromyxoid
    fibroma.
  2. Left ulna curetting showing mostly unremarkable bone, with scant
    fragments of tumour as above.
  3. Left proximal ulna and adjacent soft tissue resection showing
    chondromyxoid fibroma, 2 cm in maximum dimension:
    a. tumour is based in the medullary cavity
    b. focal erosion through the cortex, with tumour confined by periosteum;
    no soft tissue extension
