An ill-defined lesion at the proximal tibial metaphysis with internal calcifications.
An oval-shaped vertically oriented metaphyseal lesion of the proximal tibia with low signal intensity on T1 and high signal on T2. It shows internal foci of high T1 signal and low STIR signal, in keeping with chondroid matrix.
Mild knee effusion.
Case Discussion
X-ray and MRI features of low-grade chondrosarcoma.
Differential diagnosis is bone infarct (on plain film) and enchondroma.
