Chopart fracture dislocation

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

Dislocation of the left calcaneocuboid and talonavicular joints with dorsal displacement of midfoot. Note that talus remains in the ankle mortise.

Associated soft tissue swelling around left ankle.

Incidentally, there is mural calcification of the anterior and posterior tibial arteries, in keeping with the patient's history of diabetes.
