The CT confirms the findings on the plain film, but highlights the extent of the bony injury.
Case Discussion
There is a fracture dislocation between the midfoot and hindfoot, the Chopart fracture. Prompt reduction with subsequent open reduction and internal fixation resulted in limited morbidity.
