Lobulated mass in the region of the right ventricular trigone with vivid enhancement and surrounding edema. Prior craniotomy and right-sided cerebral parenchymal defect.

Lobulated mass (T1 isointense; T2 hyperintense) in the region of the right ventricular trigone with vivid enhancement and surrounding edema. Prior craniotomy and right-sided cerebral parenchymal defect. No susceptibility artifact. The mass demonstrates diffusion restriction.
