Choroid plexus xanthogranuloma

Large bilateral near-CSF density "cystic" lesions in the choroid plexus within the trigone of the lateral ventricle is noted, suggestive of a choroid plexus xanthogranuloma.
Case Discussion
On CT choroidal cysts could look similar. If one were to do an MRI (not that one would for this) then DWI would be confirmatory as they would appear very bright on DWI trace images.
