Choroid plexus xanthogranuloma

Bilateral cystic masses at atria of lateral ventricles, show high signal on T2, higher signal than CSF on T1, not fully attenuated at FLAIR, high on DWI and intermediate on ADC (which is due to true restricted diffusion + T2 shine through), picture of choroid plexus Xanthogranulomas.
