Choroid plexus xanthogranuloma

Well-defined cystic-like lesions of the choroid plexus of the trigone bilaterally of CSF signal on both T1 and T2, not attenuated on FLAIR sequence with high signal on DWI, intermediate signal on ADC. No enhancement seen on postcontrast sequences.
Partially empty sella is noted.
Case Discussion
MRI features most consistent with bilateral choroid plexus xanthogranulomas (incidental finding).
Choroid plexus xanthogranulomata are common, asymptomatic and discovered incidentally. They represent desquamated epithelium into the lumen of choroid cysts within the choroid plexus.
