Presentation

Epilepsy.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female
Modality: MRI
Prominent bilateral choroid lesions demonstrating high signal on DWI, and on T2 weighted imaging, and low signal on T1 images. There are characteristic of choroid plexus xanthogranulomas.  

Case Discussion

Typical appearances of choroid plexus xanthogranulomas, which can be prominent and should not be mistaken for pathology.
