Presentation

Right eye trauma and eye pain and sudden blindness.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
ct

Right eye cornea, lens, and uveo-scleral layer tear, choroidal detachment, and large thickness up to 14mm suprachoroidal hemorrhage in both nasal and temporal side of the eye globe is seen. Preseptal and lacrimal gland swelling and skin irregularity of the right lower eyelid are also noted.

Case Discussion

The case illustrates an uncommon choroidal detachment in the right eye globe with a large thickness suprachoroidal hemorrhage occupying the most volume of the vitreous body after ocular trauma.
