Incidental hypodense structure near the left choroid fissure, most suggestive of a choroid fissure cyst.
Case Discussion
Findings compatible with choroidal fissure cyst. They frequently represent either an arachnoid cyst, neuroglial cyst or a neuroepithelial cyst. Usually asymptomatic.
