Long standing bilateral hip pain.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

There are bilateral severe hypoplastic deformity of the acetabuli, with superior displacement and pseudo-articulation of the femoral heads with the ilii, accompanied by deformity and degenerative changes of the bilateral femoral heads.
