Numerous calcifications at the anticipated site of the pancreas. Surgical clips in the RUQ most likely due to prior cholecystectomy. No avascular necrosis of the femoral heads.

Calcifications at the anticipated site of the pancreas consistent with chronic calcific pancreatitis. Avascular necrosis of the femoral head may be a complication of acute pancreatitis.
